We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. For credit cards, your billing address must match the address on file with your bank. You are charged when you place your order. 

Once you have placed your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process before it ships out. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, so allow for that. FREE SHIPPING. How nice is that?

Discount codes must be entered on the shopping cart page. Discount codes are only valid for the times stated and will not be honored after their expiration date. All discounted orders are final sale. 


We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Shabbella items within 14 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached. Please note that we do not accept any returns with personalization or custom made sizes. There are no returns on international wholesale purchases. 

Refunds to a credit card may take up to a week to process depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are received immediately. Refunds can only be made to the original payment methods. If that is no longer available then you will receive online store credit. 


Customized product is not returnable.  Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of custom embroidery orders. 


  • Items must be returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • All discounted items are final sale.
  • Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned where they were purchased - online orders cannot be returned in stores where Shabbella merchandise is sold.
  • We do not accept exchanges.

Shabbella will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 14 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.shabbella.com. If you purchased Shabbella Skincare item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.

Once we have received the return, we will process if within 7 days. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable, then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank.

We will never share your personal information. Our checkout is secured using the latest SSL. Any information you give us will only be used to fulfill your order. All of your information is secure and will not be shared.
