RETURNS
Holiday return policy extended to 30 days! We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Shabbella items within 14 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached. Please note that we do not accept any returns with personalization or custom made sizes. There are no returns on international wholesale purchases.
Refunds to a credit card may take up to a week to process depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are received immediately. Refunds can only be made to the original payment methods. If that is no longer available then you will receive online store credit.
CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS
Customized product is not returnable. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of custom embroidery orders.
RETURN POLICY
- Items must be returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- 10% Restocking Fee
- All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- All discounted items are final sale.
- Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned where they were purchased - online orders cannot be returned in stores where Shabbella merchandise is sold.
- We do not accept exchanges.
RETURN PROCESS
Once we have received the return, we will process if within 7 days. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable, then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank.
